Use this form to calculate your monthly mortgage payments

The form below allows you to compute the monthly payment on a mortgage. It assumes that you are going to have a level payment with payments made monthly.

To use the calculator, fill in the loan amount, interest rate, and loan term. Then click on Calculate Payment button, and the calculator will show the approximate monthly payment in the box below the Calculate Payment button.

For example, if you fill in $100,000 for the loan balance, 8 percent for the interest rate, and 25 years for the term, the monthly payment should be $771.82

Loan Amount (Do not type the dollar sign or any commas)

Interest Rate (express fractions as decimals, with each 1/8 of a point worth .125; for example, 8-5/8 should be written as 8.625)

Loan Term in years (e.g., 25)
